Objectives

  • To improve the employment opportunities for students of the Institution and aim for the best placement record.
  • Managing all placement related activities of all the programs.
  • To organize placement/recruitment drives by leading organization/Industries/companies from all over the state/country.
  • To conduct training classes following a preplanned schedule at various levels of the program of study
  • Conducting guest lectures/expect talks by eminent HR professionals drawn from noted and renowned industries.
  • Arranging workshops /training programs on personality development.
  • Tie-ups with the corporate world to improve the campus recruitment process.

Functions

  • To plan, conduct and monitor the training programs maintaining the Schedules drawn up.
  • To focus on both ON-Campus and OFF-Campus recruitment for the students.
  • To provide necessary support and make arrangements for smooth conduct of campus drives.
