Objectives

  • To ensure an atmosphere of order and dignity in the organization by promoting cordial relationship among all the stakeholders.
  • To create a free atmosphere in the organization faculty, staff and students to express grievances if any.
  • To make the stakeholders known about the need to respect the rights and dignity of others.
  • To avoid any incidents of stakeholders inciting one against another.
  • To ensure an atmosphere of love, affection and understanding among all stakeholders.
  • To work for the speedy resolution of grievance, if any in a fair and impartial manner.

Functions

  • To address the various issues raised and work for the effective redressal of grievances, if any, of all the stakeholders.
  • To follow and comply with all the directives/guidelines of the regulatory and statutory bodies.
  • To take up the process of grievance redressal by conducting meetings, discussion and initiating appropriate actions.
  • To ensure a fair and quick redressal of grievances received.
