• To ensure quality and maintain standards in the food served and facilities provided in the canteen.
• To improve functioning of the canteen and to provide quality food at reasonable cost/price.

• To hold periodic meetings to focus on review of quality of food and services provided.
• To obtain feedbacks to improve standards.
