Awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in December 2015 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur, Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh, India. The dissertation was titled "Synthesis and Biological Screening of Some New Quinoxaline and Stilbene Derivatives."

• Guiding undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students in drug synthesis, including both conventional and non-conventional methods.
• Proficient in Synthesis, purification and characterization techniques.
• Experienced in supervising research projects and providing academic mentorship.

Authored 3 books in the field of Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Published 37 papers in reputed national and international journals, contributing significantly to the field of pharmaceutical sciences.

A patent for an anti-TB composition for the optimal treatment of HIV patients and its preparation methods has been granted by NRDC, Visakhapatnam.

Actively participated in 65 conferences, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and webinars, enhancing knowledge and professional development in the pharmaceutical domain.

In September 2024, the Best Teacher Award was received at Balaji College of Pharmacy.
